This project is a comprehensive gut remodel and addition broken up into stages. One floor at a time. With a professional relationship spanning five years, my clients and I have designed each floor one year at a time. We maintained and respected existing proportions and materials of the existing residence to fit into it’s the desirable historic district neighborhood.
